I have no doubt his blood pressure is in stroke range today. He very well could be on tranquilizers (or similar meds) simply for that reason!

Or he way overdid the amphetamines last few days and they needed to either give him something to bring him down or just cut him back and he’s crashing.

I originally read the bolded as 'perineum' and thought that was a delightfully naughty way to thank Biden for sending Trump packing!

I'm listening to FiveThirtyEight's podcast right now. They seem very confident Biden has PA and therefore the election.

I know and I do think it's likely going to be okay.

CNN says we should get dump from Clayton Co, GA by midnight tonight

MSNBC just had Ruben Gallego on. Congressman from AZ. He’s confident that future dumps are going to favor Biden heavily. He won his district by 50 points when he ran, so I’m hoping he knows his area and the confidence is founded!

I think I have the last 4 digits of those numbers memorized. When are you going to flip, GA? Will it help if I eat a peach?

Maybe drink a Co-Cola and listen to some R.E.M.?

Sean Hannity just called the election an unmitigated disaster ?

Because it wasn’t a landslide for Joe?  ?

Cheese grits might work.

1,902 votes separating in Georgia now! A virtual tie - 49.4%. Soooo close.

Perhaps a pilgrimage to the nearest Waffle House might change things?

Ok, so cheese grits for GA, cheesesteak of course for PA,  maybe some chimichangas for AZ, and... ...a casino buffet and comped drink for Nevada?

I sure hope North Carolina's state food is the Alka-Seltzer...

We can assume that final results in Georgia won't be known until they're able to count the provisional ballots, given how razor thin close it's going to be. And there'll almost certainly be a recount there too.

So in terms of calling the election for Biden, it's down to whether Pennsylvania or Nevada finish reporting first (hopefully PA, since Nevada requires Arizona to be definitively called too).

Can you elaborate on the last part of your last sentence please?

I can answer that.  If Biden doesn't get PA or GA, he would need both AZ and NV.

North Carolina needs you to get some sun drop, fried liver mush and some BBQ for good measure.  Maybe make a banana pudding. ?

I think it’s, if AZ is definitively called for Biden, it places him at 264. Then Nevada’s 6 push him to the 270. If AZ isn’t certain, then Nevada is a “nice to have” but won’t get the win. PA on its own will get Biden over the 270.

Some outlets called Arizona and have Biden at 264, so he'd only need Nevada's 6 votes to win. But the lead in AZ is very narrow and it still might flip red, which is why other outlets haven't called it yet. If PA's 20 votes are called first, he would win even without AZ or GA.
