Not to mention the fact that just a few short months after the molestation story broke the Ashley Madison story hit the news. He would have certainly lost his FRC job at that point anyway, and probably his TLC gig.   If his lawsuit (which I haven't actually seen yet) ever gets to the damages stage, this will be emphasized by the defense attorneys.  Dredging up more bad memories all around.

They could still have one. Arkansas allows residents to convert their existing marriage to a covenant marriage by filing a form or something. In fact, if they didn't have one already, I wouldn't be surprised if they got one as a part of "Josh's redemption"/further insurance against Anna leaving.
