Most men who have kids after vasectomies have it because as someone else said, it takes a while for sperm to die down. It's kind of like how you have to keep male animals away from females for some time. For my bunny, it took 8 weeks or so. Also, as someone else pointed out, vasectomies these days are done differently. I think there are less oopsies.

Anyways.....crazy lady is crazy and needs help. Wonder if her positive pregnancy test could possibly be related to ovarian cancer or some other kind of reproductive cancer that she may have. A man tested positive and he had testicular cancer.

Dede and I have been ask to leave a church, slandered, ridiculed, rebuked, ignored, yelled at, cussed out, rejected, rejected, rejected all because we choose to do things God's way, but we have never been tortured or thrown in jail.

PLEASE PRAY for those who are being tortured and jailed because they choose to obey God. They are choosing Jesus Christ over anything or anyone (even their family).

Digging through his FB I found out he had a wife, got addicted to porn that "turned" him gay and he divorced his wife, then he moved in with his lover, became "xgay" and then found this new wife, they married in 2010 and she's been pregnant since April 2012 so says God but not the pregnancy test.

She does say that her first pee test was positive, but it is possible to get a false positive. I had a test come up positive in spite of zero contact with semen/sperm ever (at that point). THAT was fun to try to explain....

There are certain forms of cancer that can cause a false positive on a pregnancy test - it says so right in the instructions.

This woman seems mentally ill with her constant mentions of what God says to her, and if she's an RN she must be pretty far gone to believe in an 11 month + pregnancy. My grandmother died of cervical cancer because she wouldn't see a doctor as a result of her paranoid schizophrenia so this really hits where it hurts. I hope it's just a phantom pregnancy.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who immediately thought of Franki Grainger! If Dede were Catholic her and Franki could definitely be besties. sadly I know someone (I know too many SPECIAL people) who pretended she was pregnant... even showing ultrasound pictures of someone else's baby, it got to 8 some odd months and she had a "miscarriage" :roll: the story was that she ended up bleeding Christmas night went to the er and was out in 30 minutes :o ... the whole family just shrugged it off because she is prone to such stories... we just loved the 30 minute er trip though, the hospital here it takes about 7 hours average to be seen 5 hours if they are slow or you are lucky...

Yikes. There are no words for this brand of crazy. Judging by her pictures from years ago I'm not even convinced she has a medical issue. She just looks overweight and shes clearly pushing out as much as possible in those pictures.

Can't make assumptions, but my #1 guess is that their friends in fellowship aren't buying the story anymore either.

I noticed in the comments to the "belated pregnancy" thread that there are several saying that god isn't against modern medicine, so whydontchya? So I think even in their brethern there are many who feel this is just as bizarre as we do.

There is a difference between someone pretending to be regnant and someone with a phantom or hysterical pregnancy. The former knows she's not pregnant. The latter truly believe they are pregnant. It is a psychiatric disorder that has been written about and recognized for a long time. This woman really believes she is pregnant, she's not doing it to play games or to scam anyone, or to have a story. It is beyond her conscious control.

I have noticed that the earlier "pregnancy" photos are full body shots while the new ones are close-ups of flesh. This makes me go hmmm; does this belly even belong to her? If it is hers, does taking a close up pic make it look more pregnant?

Granted, I haven't looked through all of her pictures, but it seems a little off. Unless there is something truly unique about the belly (ie, you can see the child pushing at it; the parent's decided to do some belly art), I've never seen a close up of a woman's pregnant belly.
