We are living in an age where the rights we thought the second wave feminists had secured for us are under fire, so we must engage that battle once again instead of being able to move forward unfettered to take on new challenges.

This - and now we face two added issues.

1. Perception that we already have everything, and now we're just being greedy/trying to oppress men.

2. Young women with a "I'm not a feminist, but " attitude.

I only hope some of the reproductive rights actions going on lately get through to some people. We are not safe, and we are not done fighting. Maybe we never will be.
