The argument by forced birthers on the restrictions they try to place on abortion is often "to educate the women". Finally, someone in Ohio is doing something to help men that are just as ignorant of their reproductive health. She's introduced a bill to require not only a cardiac stress test, but mandatory counseling with a sex therapist prior to obtaining Viagra and other ED treatments.

“We want to make sure that men, vulnerable, fragile men, who are not capable of making decisions for themselves, understand all of the side effects and the implications of these types of drugs,†Turner said in a telephone interview.
