I'm pretty sure this counts as shenanigans.  We are driving home from Utah, and got to Lubbock, TX at about 4 pm today (Sunday).  We decided to take the loop around the west side of town, where there are motels, and noticed some college-age kids by the access road with a Biden flag, so cool.  However, as we got on the loop freeway, we realized there was a Trump car/truck/jeep parade going on, monopolizing the center lane. Every vehicle was flying at least one Trump flag, and often multiple BIG flags.  As we progressed around the loop at 50 miles an hour, it got crazy intense with hundreds/thousands of vehicles.  Cheering crowds waving Trump flags and American flags were gathered along the access road in various spots. We were forced out of the center lane by aggressive Trump drivers, and when our exit neared, there was a huge traffic jam, with more people trying to enter the parade from the access road.  Fortunately, we were able to cut through the fluster cluck and make our exit; we just got the hell out of there ASAP. 

Here's a summary of a similar parade near the end of September, 2020, with an estimated 8,000 participants.

Support for Trump in the heartland remains passionate, strong and widespread. We ignore this at our peril.
