My county hospital made a post on Facebook strongly encouraging vaccination. Someone posted this in response to the flood of anti-vax comments they received:

As an unashamed lover of fanfic, I know that if the fandom exists in AO3, there is porn in it, but reading the words NSFW Transformers fanfic in that order made me go WTF. Rule 34 can NOT be disproved y'all!

LOL I think it happens mostly because the characters are so interesting - and even in the badly-animated toy commercial original series there were glimmers of friendships here and there. In the more recent comics there are actual couples and hints of romances here and there. Like HERE and HERE (actual images from the comics!) So writers run with it and delve into the characters more deeply, because you know all you're going to get from Hollywood is explosions and way too many humans.

Yet when they get sick enough to need treatment, they want monoclonal antibody infusion, even though it also is approved for emergency use, not full approval. These people make no sense.
