You overestimate these people. Their many weird supplements--boron, echinacea, melatonin, pycnogenol, quercetin--are also not FDA approved. One, N-acetyl cysteine (NAC), is actually banned by the FDA. Go figure

Alain Berset is a Federal Councillor and head of the Federal Health Department. Two weeks ago he said everything was fine despite rising cases and tons of people infecting themselves on vacation and returning home sick . He even announced plans to further ease the restrictions in September. Yesterday at the press con he was once again (for the third time in 1.5 years?) surprised by the developments and ICU‘s filling up very fast. This triggered a bunch of memes and the hashtag #wirsindüberrascht (we are surprised) was trending on Twitter.
