Brad Steel (Steele?) is Jordanyo's alter ego in some of the silly action-movie knockoff videos he makes with his other studly boy friends.

Interesting: Found Peter's Zillow Page. Fortunately for him and his dependents, it looks like he has had 13 sales in the last 12 months. (They aren't really sorted by date.)

Looks like most recent was March?

Interesting that Peter's LinkedIn page (accessible from the Zillow profile) sorta leaves out that whole 'personal assistant to DPIAT' thing -- at least the shortened, free version of the profile does,.

The full profile completely omits mention of VF although it does imply that his SOTDRT education has made him competent in the following fields:

Field Of Study: Physics, engineering, logistics, agriculture, history, theology, leadership, and business managment

The most recent closed sale on his Zillow page is dated 4/17/17, and the only remaining active listing is a piece of land going for $22K.

The greater Puget Sound area is one of the hottest real estate markets in the US these days, and it looks like Peter isn't in the game right now. Something's up.

But he's east of the mountains, right? Western WA and Eastern WA are two very distinct areas and honestly might as well be different states. While the market is hot in WA as a whole, things east of the mountains are not seeing anything CLOSE to what Western WA is seeing.

And while demand in traditionally rural areas in Western WA has spiked as people are pushed further out, that push stops at the mountains. I don't believe rural markets in Eastern WA have seen that same spike, even around the Spokane area.

Not that I've studied this extensively, I just live here, own property, and have friends buying on either side of the mountains.

Btw: the Cascades are an incredibly rough mountain range. We are home to the country's most deadly avalanche, and the passes regularly close off and on from fall to spring. You really cannot live east of the mountains and physically commute to a job in Western WA. It's like a wall.

Me@Georgiana I think he's in Puyallup or Tacoma area. Definitely Western Washington.

I remember the first time I saw the mountains from the Eastern side, I think near Leavenworth, and just marveling that people got there on foot and in wagons, and thought "Paradise is on the other side." It's no wonder my family didn't make it West until the 1980s, lol.

Wonder if Scottie has ever acknowledged, any time or anywhere, that the marriage of the ages fell apart?  I mean, it's not his place to advertise it, but he apparently is still giving selling  spruiking marriage advice through seminars that teach what didn't work for his daughter.  Good thing fundies don't believe in psychology, or they'd have to address cognitive dissonance.

That's correct - Bradrick!'s Keller-Williams real estate office is in Puyallup.

(And Paradise is, indeed, on the other side. :pb_wink:)

I clicked on the link in the original post of the first Bradrick divorce thread, and it said that "Findings of Fact" and the "Dissolution Decree" were issued on April 21. Does this mean they're officially divorced? Here is is.

Yes.  The Decree of Dissolution makes it final.

And Petey operates out of Puyallup which is south of Seattle/King County but generally less valuable/more affordable property and still within commuting distance to the city depending on how patient one is.  Anything south is stigmatized as pretty "redneck".

That's interesting. In the filing list, there's a confidential document called vital statistics. Everything else is listed as public. Probably it has personal info on the kids but I wonder if it also has criminal case stuff too. The kids really do deserve privacy about what happened, I wish them that at least. And good therapists. Lots & lots of therapy, if they feel it helps.

That's pretty speedy for a divorce. I think it takes longer for a divorce to become final is a lot of states, but I'm not sure.

Watch out, ladeez (and/or gents?). BRADRICK! Is on the market. Get in line.

i also wish the best for the kids and hope that they thrive.

my divorce took just over 3 months from the day he kicked me out until the divorce was final. We "separated" on March 26th and the divorce was final on July 2nd.

Hmmm...who wants to purchase copies of "FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW?"

I wonder how much it would tell us of what has been going on.

I won't lie.  I find Petey objectively attractive.  Yes, DWT, even with the ears.  It's the association with VF and his ignorance that make him yuck.

That said, I have my well-paying professional lady job and my handsome and educated and not-misogynist "gentleman friend" to ward off thoughts of Petey types.  Education pays, bitches.

Certificate of Parenting class- petitioner's? Hmmm.

I think its a formality; both parents have to take it if the marriage produced children.

Spelling doesn't seem to be part of the core curriculum at any SOTDRT.

All states are different. Uncontested and mutually agreeale divorces can take as little as 3 months here; first court date is always set 90 days out automatically when filing. I live in a Community Property state so its rare it actually happens in that 3 months, but it's possible.

I know other states have year long waiting periods. Clearly WA isn't one of them.

Uncontested, as the docs state, made it just...happen...when criteria was filled. Whatever happened and however it happened, neither fought anything and they most likely went into it with agreements already in place. Nothing to fight about or contest means the courts just grant divorce once the necessities are done.

I can't imagine they had any assets to fight over and when it came to the kids, she's back in NC with the manly men of her family surrounding her - so no doubt that was part of a plan from the start. Petey knew where she came from and she did too.

Surprisingly, when I think about it, I totally see it being a cut & dry process. They both came from very controlling worlds where rules are not negotiable - and the men that make those rules hold a lot of power, even if only in everyone's head.

Brad Steel IS a gay porn star. It was one of the names top leather pageant winner Samuel Colt used before he settled in on his current professional name.

Per Scottie Brown's NCFIC website, he's holding his annual "Getting the Picture Right in Your First Seven Years of Marriage" seminar this weekend. There is remarkably little verbiage about the event, this time around. Wonder how he's spinning things...
