For some reason, the thing that surprises me the most is that they allow applause during the presentation. Given how morose they are, I would assume they would view accepting applause as vain or prideful. I'm curious too whether there was anything helpful to you in the speech? Some of the managers series seem like they could be useful- though I could never imagine fully implementing those systems. Thanks for the insight, Ginger freeh!
