Michele Bachmann more reasons to love her

Ok she has been saying that she wants social security to end along with other payments like it. Below is the way she said it. but I love it now that rick the dick prophet perry says he wants to kill social security what does she now say? she is all for it. what a phony bimbo that will change what she says at any time.

Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann responded Wednesday to a report by NBC that the mental health clinic run by her husband has collected annual Medicaid payments totaling over $137,000, while she has criticized the program for swelling the "welfare rolls."

"Medicaid is a valuable form of insurance for many Americans and it would be discriminatory not to accept Medicaid as a form of payment," Bachmann spokeswoman Alice Stewart told CNN. "As a state-sponsored counseling service, Bachmann and Associates has a responsibility to provide Medicaid and medical assistance, regardless of a patients financial situation."

So now Michele is concerned about discriminatory practices? Now Michele wants to protect Americans' right to use government funds at their health provider of choice?

That's funny. Because last year, Michele wanted to "wean" Americans off social safety nets like Medicare and Social Security. And earlier this year, she wanted to shut down the government to ensure that Americans could not use government funds at their health care provider of choice.

But now Michele's back to her freedom and liberty talky-talk. And besides, it's not like the government money her family's "Christian counseling" business accepted from the government counts anyway:

Lots of medical/mental health practices don't accept medicaid. And the Bachmanns don't strike me as being too concerned about being discriminatory, as Michele would clearly like to discrimate away the rights of anyone who doesn't share her. . . uhm. . . worldview. Her husband was just milking the government teat for his worthless services.

She is more full of shit everyday. Which is a good thing.

I found this amusing. Now that's she's down to 3% in some polls, she's probably not much of a real threat, but she will still bring the crazee!

Planning on scheduling my ankle surgery around Trump's Georgia trial - if I'm forced to be off my feet, I might as well be entertained.

      Stupid loneliness!
Kid 1 went back to college (yeah! But sad foe me, she stayed with me all summer. It was nice to start a new phase in our mother/daughter relationship)
Zero prospects on dates. (Not that I have tried online dating, scared of that but I have reached put to a new group at church, etc.
I asked a friend to go to dinner the other night so I wasn't eating alone, again. The friend had plans, all my friends always have plans. I see stuff on social media, I'm never invited. I'm single, I'm the 3rd or 5th wheel.
My one parent friend at kid 2's fall sport won't be there because their daughter made varsity (Yeah for her!!! Seriously happy for her. Sad for me for another sport I basically sit alone, did that majority of spring and summer sporting events.)
And now I'm crying as my mom told me 2 different funny stores that former teachers remembered about my twin. Both stories were about how they got a crack out of my twin's antics (my parents went to a funeral today and saw former colleagues). Teachers remember me (after all I was a twin and teachers' kid) but none would have memorable stories of me.
      I feel invisible.
Don't worry, this will pass,  it always does. I just need a pity party for a few days. I'm not in anyway going to harm myself. As lonely as I am, I have a very full life I (usually) love. I just needed to vent and cry for a moment.
If you are still reading this, thanks Fjer. 😊

Absolutely awful about the fires on Maui. In 2019, I stayed in Lahaina. I liked to sit on the sea wall, which is the only structure left now, and watch the water. People are receiving help, but many had to leave pets. Please donate to the Maui Humane Society, which is leading efforts to find, treat, and reunite pets.

Nebraska’s new football coach, who is involved in an organization called Man Up Ministries, labels certain players “Alphas” and sometimes “extreme Alphas” and the local paper has a nice piece on why people objecting to the term “alpha male” are wrong and it has a “nice ring”. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
