That's my question too! I can't imagine JB not getting a cut, at the same time Ben & Derrick (and their families) are likely to be aware of how much they should be getting.

If I had to guess, I'd say that complicated splitting of the check is going on. I'd be surprised if the girls & their husbands weren't getting some of it, I'd be even more surprised if JB got nothing.

I am guessing that Jill and Jessa are not getting anywhere near what Jim Bob and Michelle received for the original show. TLC holds all the cards and Jill and Jessa are really at their mercy because they don't have other options for income, unless they get real jobs.

I think that if the original contract with the Duggars was legally severed, the girls would need to involve themselves in fresh, new contracts. Because they are over 18, I bet they are getting their own checks (well, the couples anyway). Like, where the best places to go and which services to use in order to anonymously have sex.

I'm sure he learned a lot while in living in DC, probably not directly, but via observation. But really, this shit exists just about everywhere. Just thinking about it makes think how truly deep-seeded his shenanigans are. The fact that he had a pretty high-profile job by a known organization and he pulls that shit, knowing it would all be destroyed if he were found out. Either he's incredibly stupid or has major issues, probably a combination of both. I'm not saying it would have been any better had he been caught cheating while sitting in the used car dealership, but he/they really did "have it all" so to speak before the bubble burst.

IIRC, Josh had two accounts. The first one opened in 2013 with the billing address as their Fayetteville house (grandma Mary's old house). I think this was just a few months before he started at FRC. The second account was opened in 2014 and had their Oxon Hill home as the billing address.

Years ago, when I was in my early 20's, I dated a guy who was 40. It was a fling for both of us, as I was on break from college. However, he once told me that every guy cheats at some point in time, at least once and probably more. I was of course, insistent that while some guys might cheat, plenty would never do so. I remember him just smiling at me, probably thinking "wow, do you have a lot to learn about men."

I'm a lot older and wiser now, and I'm still surprised at the number of married men (and women) who have affairs on the side.

Josh didn't need anyone to influence him or teach him how to sneak around. I think people who aren't satisfied with their lives just figure it out, and sites like Ashley Madison make it a little easier (although the site was mainly a rip off filled with tons of guys, fake female accounts, and probably very few actual women seeking an affair).

I agree that if Josh was going to fool around, he definitely would have figured something out on his own at some point, without any help.

I guess what surprised me, though, is that 1) he did it so fast, and 2) he didn't seem at all shy about doing it online and thinking he'd be guaranteed anonymity. I guess I just thought he would try and drive 50 miles away and pick someone up in a bar as opposed to finding a cheating website where his personal information could be traced back through his credit card. And since he decided to go that route, I also assumed that someone, somewhere would walk him through it, since the Duggar boys supposedly are not that familiar with how the internet works as they grow up.

But then, it's not like it's terribly hard to figure out where to find places to cheat, either.

I find this line of reasoning kind of odd. Josh was the child of a see and tell show about sex of a major magnitude: the operative factor in the parents sexual story is NOT that M' is submissive or that the boob is her headship, it's that they married each other because they were both randy, and were, in fact, sexually attracted to each other. And still are. They've laid Gothard's overlay on that and pretended that just finding their randy son a mate would fix everything up.

Anna is not 'chelle--she may or may not be one bit more than willing. But she certainly doesn't seem eager to dry-hump in public. . . . Josh may have believed his parents that the marriage ceremony itself would fix everything. Or maybe just prayed that it would. If Josh has never been sexually attracted to Anna, and vice versa, no amount of marriage vows, bible study, babies, opportunity or virtue is going to make them interested in each other.

Having someone "submissive and available" who is not sexually interesting to you seems a curse rather than a blessing.

All hypothesizing of course, but it might be possible that Anna is not attracted to Josh, and the thought has never even crossed her mind. Josh is her super speshul given by God husband. Of course, she's attracted to him. If it's been beaten into your head that you are, you start to believe it. Stockholm Syndrome and all that. She literally has nothing to compare Josh to, and spent all of her pre-married years avoiding attraction to the opposite sex (or same sex). Unless she meets another guy (or woman) that she's attracted to, and realizes that what she's feeling is actual attraction, she may never figure out that she's not attracted to Josh. Not saying that she's not, just presenting the possibility.

Also, I think it's entirely possible that Anna hasn't been so interested in having sex since popping out the babies, and Josh (if he was never attracted to Anna) was okay with letting it go when she said "not tonight, honey." No biggie, I'll just log onto Ashley Madison. Oh and hey, I forgot something at the strip club *ahem*office. Be back in a bit.

This is a bogus click-bait article. "Unnamed source" in this type of story means someone who totally made the whole thing up.

This story popped up in a few places about a month ago. The woman claims she had a pregnancy scare that turned out to be a false alarm. So, no baby just a scare. And almost certainly a complete lie anyway. Just a shady "news" website trying to cash in on a scandal.
