I suspect he has a countdown clock in his head until his kids are 18-- or maybe 16ish and can decide where they want to spend weekends.

"Only 7 years, 4 months and 3 days to go" sort of thing.....

.......and some type of sedative drugs where he can sleep in the back whilst Tanya drives and homeschools the kiddos.

This is exactly what I thought. Had a friend who decided to take the "change of geographic location" option with her cheating hubby. Also know of someone who works at the same place as her husband and let's just say there's enough reason to think that it's to keep him on a short lease.

Quite frankly, you can't force anybody to be faithful. Either they are or they aren't. It isn't up to you. If a wife/husband feels like they need to keep their spouse on a short leash, there are some SERIOUS problems in that marriage. I know I am speaking to the choir here, but treating a spouse like a child just isn't okay in any universe. I just find it infuriating. Just venting. :angry-banghead:

Exactly. But Tonya the Victim, with her "we will never forget" stance, her ongoing punishment, her blog posts that indicate he is also being punished for the sins of her father all suggest that she believes all men are cheaters, at heart (after all, Daddy and hubby did and they are the best men evah, and hubby had HER to come home too... sexy christian risque Tonya... so all men must cheat. Right? And it can't be any of it HER!!!!! Right! Do I hear an Amen. Because SHE is a pure victim and it must be that all men must be watched constantly)

I expect she wields her children like a ninja wields Nunchaku and shurikens.

Haha Tonya, you're so right! YOLO!

Shouldn't that be "one day you won't wake up?"

I was on a road trip this weekend with my sister, who lives in the same town as these people. plenty of time to talk while driving, so I finally asked her. My sister knows Tonya Ferguson!

I'm not sure their local friends realize that they were selling the house and moving to the RV.

Now the Fergusons are looking for a parcel of land with trees near Hutchinson, Kansas. Isn't that what they already HAD before selling it and heading off in a motorhome to sell essential oils?

WTF?

Is life in a tin box starting to get to them? Sleeping in a different RV park every night and having absolutely no privacy starting to bug them? Who could have seen THAT coming?

Still wondering what happened to Dale's insurance job. I have to think by now he'd be sick of being the only driver of that monstrosity of a recreational vehicle. All Tonya seems to do is take selfies from the passenger seat.

Yeesh, who would have guessed that living in an RV is freakin' terrible and that essential oil sales aren't a steady source of income?! I'm shocked!

Tonya, I'm so confused. In late April, someone asked you how you felt about RV life and you replied:

4 little Fergusons We are madly in love! Best decision we have made to date. All family, all the time, just like we wanted.

What has happened in less than a month to change your mind? :popcorn2:

Mayhap she's finding that now that she's gotten Dale from those harlots in the office that now there's those harlots in the RV parks? :popcorn2:

Or he just looked at another woman, period, no bad thoughts involved except that between Tonya's eagle eye and imagination she is convinced that he did.

The guy probably should just walk around looking down at this shoes (Nike!) no matter where he goes lest his eye happens to look on another female. Gotta be tough when he has to drive the RV.

Their plan to buy a plot of land for a "home base" is not going well.

We are heading back home for a few weeks, excited to see family and friends, but I have to tell you, this is by FAR the hardest part of life on the road!

We LOVE our new nomad life. We pray we can do this several more years! But to go "home" to no actual home is hard.

To not have a small hub of sorts, a closet to switch out seasonal clothes easily, our own washer and dryer to use etc. is tough. And to have to go to our old home to get things, makes everyone's emotions run high.

We have been looking for a piece of land since February. Had cash on the table several times, and they all have fallen through. I trust the bigger picture here, I want God's will, not ours.

If owning land in our home state is a No, then we want to see the YES. We are asking for clear direction.

Check out the passage the Lord gave me in my quiet time:

Psalms 37:34

"Don't be impatient for the Lord to act! Travel steadily along his path. He will honor you, giving you the land."

Well, I guess that is that.

If they wanted land for a "home base" why didn't they sell their house, but hold onto the "Papa Land" they got from Dale's father?

Also, if they sold their house, how come they still have access to it to retrieve things? Did a relative buy their old place and only wants the land for their animals? If their stuff is still there, why can't they work out a deal to stay there when they come into town?

They didn't keep their "Papa land" because they didn't think this whole thing through. It was an excited knee-jerk decision to sell their property, buy an RV to live in and somehow make a living with neither Tonya nor Dale actually being employed.

I'm still curious as heck as to Dale's employment. Is he on an extended leave of absence with his former job being held for him or has he gotten the message he's really not welcome back at the insurance job? After Tonya announced Dale's adultery on social media and mentioned the "act" took place at work (as did Dale's porn surfing) his former employers can't be thrilled having him there. It puts a black mark on the insurance office.

I will always believe that both the Ferguson family and the Rodrigues Family did not leave their homes 100 percent of their own choice.

It was not that long ago that Tonya was posting bank accounts with $4 in them, and I'm sure that the Rodrigues family may have extended the RV payments over 3 years on their used RV to make it cheaper than rent. I just get the feeling these relatively sudden movew from home to RV were not planned out and based on a concious choice.

Didn't David live onsite of the printing press where he worked? Once that job fell apart, I'm betting the rental fell through as well. Or they ended up with too many people for the landlord to accomodate or they couldn't keep up with the rent.

I think the Fergusons didn't keep the land adjacent to the house because they could not afford to do so.

They found a space for their "hub." One person expressed confusion, and Tonya explained their plan in greater detail:

We were wanting a space locally, where we could have our freezers of meat and seasonal clothing. Right now we're going to storage get these things and it's just not ideal.

When we're home for 3 to 6 weeks we want to be able to do laundry in our own place and just kind of defrag. This is going to be the perfect enchanted forest to do that in. smile emoticon

We are going to build an RV shed with laundry and a full bathroom and an apartment above. We figured Kansas houses of our families and our DoTERRA team, so it's ideal for a hub . Plus it's literally 1500 miles from anywhere we go in our travels.

Next up West Coast, then after September we hit the east coast for fall and south for part of winter. Life on the road is addicting and oh so amazing!

(thread hijack) I use the term defrag all the time (and derezz) and no one knows what I mean. (To me they mean to relax and let the brain clear from worries, distractions, etc.) I can only think I picked it up from 80s/90s cyberpunk novels, but she doesn't seem the type to be inhaling Gibson/Stephenson/Reznick in the 90s. Is there another popular culture source for this? defrag was what I used to do to hard drives (I did a level 3 IT course in the mid nineties)

I don't think they do that any more - but I've been out of the workplace for nearly 16 years.
