Please, Rufus, let this be true. Can you imagine the idiocy?

I saw some folks posting that he won't legally be allowed to do this, but I'm not a lawyer, so I don't know.

A Trump testimony would be the epitome of "incompetent, irrelevant and immaterial."

Has he noticed that other former presidents have had no similar issues, do you think? Regardless of party?

I mean, Nixon had lingering legal stuff going on, of course... but he got through it and came out the other side able to enjoy his "golden years" as TFG put it.

I think it's pretty simple, even though it could get complex in the details - no one is above the law.

But he believes he is above the law. He’s never suffered consequences or been really called on his bull before.

And I think Kavanaugh should recuse himself from anything Trump related after Trump has basically made it public they expect his loyalty. How can he ever purport to be acting without undue influence at this point? When there's a very real threat from Trump's followers to him.

Clarence Thomas concerns me far more than Kavanaugh. Because his wife has direct connections to organizations and groups involved on Jan 6. Kavanaugh does what he wants, when he wants, and is as loyalty-challenged as Trump is.

Apparently he’s not going to be permitted to play Perry Mason.

Trump is currently affecting many of our golden years-

I cannot wait for the day when no one has to hear anything about or from him!

DeSantis and Ramaswamy also forgot. See list of candidates who made the deadline here:

It actually looks deliberate, because the Nevada Republican Party will choose their candidate by separate caucus held right after the primary. The Republican primary in Nevada is meaningless. I predict many Nevada voters will be confused.
