Apparently it’s the uniform from his actual military service instead of his best-looking uniform. I think he might have also chosen to only wear medals he really earned, as there aren’t very many.

1. Harry is apparently still friendly with Chelsea. That’s why she was invited. Same may be true for Cressida.

2. Harry wanted Fergie invited, so she was. 

3. Meghan is likely good friends with the celebs mentioned previously (Suits cast, the Clooney’s, Posh Spuce, etc.) Is guess they aren’t as close with the Middeltons, which is why they’re seated in the Nave.
