She's been cutting his hair for 28 years and still he seems terrified and acts as if he doesn't trust her.

 

She did a much better job this time, IMO. Wish she'd hack off some of her own hair. Makes me feel overheated and sticky just looking at it.

 

I actually do like the new do for him, though the pose at the end is cringe-worthy.

And the Ozone sighs in relief! Seriously, why did anyone with 2" of hair ever need a can of hairspray a week? What is there to hold down? Also, Michelle needs to get rid of those shorter sections of hair on the side of her head. She looks like a poodle. I think her hair looked best here:

Plain? Yes, but not poodle-y and the bangs don't look plastered in place.
