Did you notice all those people with tears in their eyes when Mr Rogers accepted the Emmy for Lifetime Achievement? I noticed, too, that Shari Lewis was in the audience. She was another giant of children's programming.

Just watched the video of Mr. Rogers before the Senate and actually got misty. I'm 41 and still remember watching Mr. Rogers on tv as a child. He'd start each episode by taking off his jacket and putting on a cardigan sweater. Good memories.
