Marjorie Taylor Greene has filed a motion to remove Mike Johnson as Speaker of the House over his support of the appropriations bill to keep the government open. The bill contains everything from border security to health programs to defense spending. The bill passed with more support from Democrats than from the GOP because most Republicans are goosestepping anarchists. Large Marge is not happy over this. But, this is probably an empty gesture.

While she filed a motion to oust Johnson no action will be taken on it at this time. She would have to force a vote on it and she said, “It’s more of a warning than a pink slip.” Her voters should give her a pink slip.

Marjorie explained, “I’m not saying that it won’t happen in two weeks or it won’t happen in a month or who knows when, but I am saying the clock has started. It’s time for our conference to choose a new speaker.” She also said her final straw with Johnson would be if the House passes more military aid to Ukraine, or probably any aid at all. Large Marge loves her some Putin.

Marjorie said the “clock has started,” which is probably a cuckoo-cuckoo clock.

I hope she does force a vote on ousting Magic Mike. It’s not that I have a strong desire to see the House hold a third election for a Speaker and to watch the Republican conference spin off again into more mindless chaos. Sure, that’s fun and gives me the giggles, but no.

I want to see Marjorie force a new election because it could force Republicans, Mike Johnson, in particular, to send more aid to Ukraine.

Democrats don’t loathe Johnson the same way they do with other MAGAt Republican fucknuts. Don’t make any mistakes or get confused. Mike Johnson is a MAGAt fundamentalist zealot who lies his Jesus-loving balls off just as much as the rest of the Insane Clown Posse in the House. He’s against marriage equality, voter equality, women having the freedom to control their own bodies, and he probably eats with his mouth open. But Democrats know they can work with him on some things, like keeping the government open without banning abortion in the process.

If MTG forces this vote, Democrats won’t be in the mood for the chaos and several could vote not to oust Johnson in exchange for some rational stuff, like more military aid to Ukraine.

But this just may be more of Marjorie’s typical barking. She filed a motion to impeach President Joe Biden on his first day in office, which means she didn’t have a reason. She’s filed a motion to disbar Fulton County Prosecutor Fani Willis, claiming she is “unfit to serve,” which is like the pot calling the kettle a conspiracy theory-spreading fruit loop. She, with fellow lunatic Matt Gaetz, are suing two cities in California for canceling their hate rallies there.

So, I don’t think Speaker Mike Johnson is going to lose much sleep…unless he sees this cartoon.
