Duggars

Josh/Anna: will continue in their respective roles as FF (Fu** face and Insufferable, so nothing new here.)
Jana: helps design aspects of a house and JB starts construction of it on his property. If Jana ever communicates a negative thing about JB then he will include all construction and utility costs, etc, on her itemized "bill" when he evicts her.
John/Abbie: will move into a larger home.
Jill/Derick: Jill continues to broaden herself and becomes an inspiration to at least one younger sibling who wants out.
Jessa/Ben: with 5 young kids Ben "needs" to spend more time at a church office to escape work.
Jinger/Jeremy: I agree with those who predict Jeremy will become an associate or assistant something at MacArthur Enterprises.
Joe/Kendra: a 5th blessing with Blessing being part of the name.
Joy/Austin: Joy finally is settling in and reduces her neediness for Austin's approval. Whew.
Jason: enacts a long-range plan for getting out.
Johanna: meets and gets to know someone that will eventually lead to courtship.
Jennifer: finds ways to communicate more with Jill. 

Bates

Erin/Chad: yeah, another miracle pregnancy.
Lawson/Tiffany: exactly what @Expectopatronus said about Lawson.
Alyssa/John: allow one of the older girls to do something special and kind of expensive.
Tori/Bobby: have and name #5 something quite nice.
Carlin/Evan: Carlin gets a Dx but we will never know because they don't want us to know. They will stop posting about this health issue and hope everyone forgets about it... because they don't want anyone to know what the Dx (or lack of) is.
Josie/Kelton: will move to a larger home because the business is doing so well.
Addallee: gets to know someone and Kelly will gush over him.

John/Esther Schrader John finally implodes and Esther moves the brood to the Keller's property. Two or three different mobile homes are installed for their family and Pa Keller ups his grifting game for them.

I’m going to just do the Duggars:

Jim Bob- disowns another child when they don’t want him involved in their courtship. Continues financial misdealings and finally gets caught. 

Michelle- continues on as before. 

Josh- gets into more trouble in prison. I feel like this prediction is the center tile in bingo, kinda a gimme. 

Anna- starts to crack but we won’t see evidence of it, yet. 

Mackenzie- gets a part time job

Josh and Anna’s boys- continues to bully kids at church and act out. It is never addressed. 

Jana- no changes

John- continues to enjoy limited family size and an educated wife who works.

Jill- has enough therapy to finally get angry with Michelle

Jessa- another baby

Jinger- continues to live her life in LA. I hope she gets secular help for any remaining issues 

Conglomerate of Lost Boys- Someone courts, someone gets married, someone was a baby, I still can’t tell them apart.

Johanna- starts a courtship, gets married to someone far away from Duggardom. 

Jennifer- turns 18, starts plotting her escape. May stay with Jill for awhile.
