He gave them what they wanted, which is a conservative Supreme Court, and he is now more of a liability than an asset, so I’m not surprised if they turn on him. Trump is so delusional that he truly believed these church leaders adored him. In reality he was just an means to an end.

At a minimum there are two images on the left.

Not sure what the left one is.  Some masonic type logo?

The one on the right looks like some sort of crossing-the-Delaware style military depiction?

Thanks - I can see that those are supposed to be . . . something. But neither looks substantial enough for me to see more than shapes.

One of the commenters on the Twitter post said she saw Washington, and it looked like he was riding on a dinosaur.

The one on the right looked like a storm trooper at first glance to me, so... subtle Rorsarsch test? If so possibly the first time the words "Trump" and "subtle" have been associated.

Could also be Paul Revere? Tap dancers? I honestly can't tell what they intended here.

I thought it looked like the Mandalorian being pushed off a cliff by Ben Franklin who was being pursued by a shadow person in the shape of a teddy bear. 

That whatever on the left looks like a commemorative coin for someone who made a pilgrimage to see the shroud of Turin.
