I guess god thought they fucked up too. I hope they get the max since they admitted (like idiots) that they would do the same thing again.

A jury has reached a verdict in the case of Dale and Shannon Hickman, accused in the faith-healing death of their infant son.

The jury was considering charges of second-degree manslaughter and second-degree criminal mistreatment.

Second-degree manslaughter, a Class B felony, requires a sentence of at least six years and three months in prison under Measure 11, Oregon's mandatory sentencing law. However, because of a religious exemption that was eliminated after the Hickmans were indicted, they are likely to face more than 18 months in prison and a $250,000 fine.
