You can follow him without him approving you as a friend. You see his posts but can't comment.

He may accept a friend request, I didn't try. A lot of the VF crowd comment on his posts, some are almost as leg humpy as Josh's followers.

He and Kelly both accepted my friend requests a long time ago. LOL. I think he thinks he reaches the masses more. I did it as a test to see if they would grant them, and they both did. So I CAN comment, but usually don't.
