Jim Bob is exactly the same in person as he is on camera. He interrupted the auctioneer to talk about the great cause. They alsio prayed before the auction. Started and the cameras were off for the prayer.

Joy and Mary were together. Joy spends about 2 hours a day in the laundry area. Mary does most of the work and spends four or five hours a day in there. They have four washers and four dryers. The

onlybathroom facilities were boy and girl portal ppotties... Two boys two girls. Joy offered to clean mg babies sippy cup because there wasn't a place to do that. Mary gave me directions to WalMart and even said she would draw me a map

John David does various stuff. He didn't really say what except he still has the towing business.

The M kids and the lost girls minus Jenny were who knows where. I only saw Jinger for a minute... She didn't really want to be out... She hid too.

Jess a says Mom takes care of the littles and she helps pick an outfit or brush their hair.

Jana didn't wanna talk.

Michelle said Josie was getting occupational therapies, seeing an ear nose and throat specialist, and seeing a speech therapist.

Jill loves midwifing and when everyone is leaving she gets to stay withher birth tteam in case someone gives birth. Sometimes Jana goes but its not really her thing.

I watches the stagedness of it all... while talking to Jana Michelle ran up "How much have we earned?". All fake excited. Jana said and Michelle ran off cheering. They made Jana put on a big cheesy smile and hold it.

What's odd is that there were probably many ubers there dressed exactly the same. Did they get harassed by the cops? Why were cops even at an event that was made known to the public? Especially one so "wholesome?"

I don't know if they can use the posts as evidence or not, but it doesn't really help them anyway. It's pretty clear that all FMJ wanted to do was ask some questions.

I don't think the Duggars or Amy read this site for those reasons, it would be hard to sit and take it all without getting defensive at some point. But I personally do think that someone who knows them well reads here. Be it a family member or a friend or someone who goes to their home church (do they still do that?). I'm 99.9999999998% certain that someone from TLC reads here and on other sites (TWOP, Duggars without pity, ect).

I'm really sorry all that happened to you FMJ, keep us informed about the court and everything. I honestly don't think they have a leg to stand on. But it has to be frustrating to be accused like that, especially of wanting to harm people.

This is how harassment is defined in Arkansas.

§ 5-71-208. Harassment.

(a) A person commits the offense of harassment if, with purpose to harass, annoy, or alarm another person, without good cause, he:

(1) Strikes, shoves, kicks, or otherwise touches a person, subjects him to offensive physical contact or attempts or threatens to do so; or

(2) In a public place, directs obscene language or makes an obscene gesture to or at another person in a manner likely to provoke a violent or disorderly response; or

(3) Follows a person in or about a public place; or

(4) In a public place repeatedly insults, taunts, or challenges another in a manner likely to provoke a violent or disorderly response; or

(5) Engages in conduct or repeatedly commits acts that alarm or seriously annoy another person and that serve no legitimate purpose; or

(6) Places the person under surveillance by remaining present outside his or her school, place of employment, vehicle, other place occupied by the person, or residence, other than the residence of the defendant, for no purpose other than to harass, alarm, or annoy.

(b) Harassment is a Class A misdemeanor.

© It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this section whenever the actor is a law enforcement officer, licensed private investigator, attorney, process server, licensed bail bondsman, or a store detective acting within the reasonable scope of his duty while conducting surveillance on an official work assignmen

So they could only hold you for harassment if you A person with purpose to harass, annoy, or alarm another person, without good cause, and then did one of the 1-6.

I don't have a license for Arkansas, but I'd suggest talking to a lawyer if you can.

I don't see what the issue is. Is FMJ being accused of stalking? If the Duggars do have legitimite concerns about stalking, there are better ways to handle it. Who is this "group" that wants to harm the Duggars? I know the police aren't going to say, especially if there have been credible threats, but something about this seems very strange and unsettling.

All you have to say is the truth, you were videotaping for your own personal enjoyment and memories just like everyone else there. So what if you were going to share it with a message board, people don't share their pictures anymore? I don't think your camera itself is illegal at all. They didn't even charge you with anything relayed to that. The harassment charge is bullshit. They were basing that off some fake email from some psycho leg humper who reads here.

Btw Famy posted a pic in a POLICE best, said the local police are the best ever. I wonder if that's directed at us.

The person was at a public event, and was talking to the kids, who were also there. Are the Duggars looking to extend their already way overextended 15 minutes of fame, by creating BS that did not happen? I support you, FMJ!

I wonder if the cops were friends of the Duggars just there to be there, and decided to use their position to bully you.

They just wrote me a ticket. I was scared they were gonna arrest me. They intimidated me and made me think I was gonna go to jail and have my kid taken away.

Someone sent the Duggars an email describing what was going to happen. The questions that would be asked. A description of what I was wearing. They made it out like I was gonna hurt the Duggars. They found my spy can (that I was unaware was illegal) and have charged me with harassment. All I did was ask the eldest kids questions... The only under 18 kids I spoke to were Joy and Jedidiah. Jackson and Jenny I only said hi to.

Until this gets settled I do not know if I should publicly post what happened... I'm really not sure what protocol would be for this. I asked nothing innapropriate. Stupid stuff any regular fan would ask.

I wanted to ask about the bolded...who knew what you were wearing? Do you correspond with anyone on FJ or on any other forum that you may have told about your clothing and alerted the Duggars? It's troubling to think that someone here may have set you up. :shifty-kitty:

I'm no legal expert, but I fear that posting the pictures could potentially hurt your case when you go to court next month, especially if any Duggar sees them and can pinpoint you as the camera person.

The pen may have been a little much, but I am sorry this happened to you. It sounds like you had a frightening experience. :(
