The end of the article bothers me, as it only gives other fundie parents' (or I assume) point of view...to end with "oh, they're so great, they love their kids, they're just devastated" is biased, in my opinion.

It's horrifying. The "hot saucing" reminds me of that Facts of Life actress (Lisa Whelchel). I'm surprised this isn't bigger news. I imagine, being military and East coast, that the family is less connected to fundie circles. But there's a definite Gothard connection. Scary.
