She was incompetent and he was a shitty manager, so I don't recommend working with either of them .
I'm anxious, but managing it okay. Will spend the day cleaning, baking, cooking, laundry to keep it at bay. And at some point a cuddle puddle of various dogs and cats will form on my bed and I will be helpless to resist which will result in a nap I'll hate myself for.

Gr 2 kid came up to me yesterday to report that other gr 2 kid said the "C" word to her. I had a little talk about not being a tattle tale with her,and a general talk about name calling with the others, and somehow, I never did ask what she meant by the "C" word! Now, I'm pretty sure it wasn't what I think of as the "C" word, because a) these were 7 year olds and b) this was a French Immersion class, but now I'm wondering what it was. Crétin? Connard? Crotte? Culotté? I dunno. (I'm a sub, so won't be back on Monday to relieve my curiosity. )· 0 replies
