"Nothing Compares to Rudy"

Fun fact: Rudy Giuliani is a liar. We’ve known this for a while and in fact, anyone associated with Donald Trump is also a liar. It’s how that system works. What makes Rudy unique amongst the lying sycophants in the Trump cult is that he was once respected and now…he’s admitted to lying. Usually, they’re only caught lying.

Rudy has admitted to lying about two election workers but not because he has a conscience. No, he’s trying to save his ass. Rudy Giuliani intentionally defamed two election workers, patriotic volunteers, and ruined their reputations. Not only that, but he put their lives at risk as other members of the Trump cult issued death threats to these two women based on Rudy’s lies.

Rudy is fighting a defamation lawsuit brought against him by Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, the two Georgia election workers. Rudy claimed they mishandled ballots while counting votes in Atlanta during the 2020 presidential election. They did NOT mishandle ballots.

The suit accused Giuliani and others of promoting a video that purported to show Freeman and Moss, who are mother and daughter, manipulating ballots while working at the State Farm Arena for the Fulton County Board of Elections.

When I was outside the federal courthouse in Miami covering Trump’s second arrest, his supporters continuously brought up Rudy’s lies about Freeman and Moss, along with the 2,000 Mules movie (created by a criminal who received a Trump pardon), as though they were certified facts.

Rudy has now acknowledged he had in fact made the statements/lies about Freeman and Moss that led to the filing of the suit and that the remarks “carry meaning that is defamatory per se.” He also admitted that his statements were “actionable” and “false” and that he no longer disputed the “factual elements of liability” the election workers had raised in their suit.

But, Rudy insisted he still has “legal defenses” in the case and believes his lies and accusations about the two election workers are “constitutionally protected” under the First Amendment. He refuses to admit his lies put the women in any danger. So guess what. He’s still lying his farty ass off.

Rudy made this confession “to avoid unnecessary expenses in litigating what he believes to be unnecessary disputes.” He thinks if he can move through the discovery phase of the case quickly, then he can move on to having the case dismissed. Rudy can’t live up to discovery because his lies weren’t based on any evidence. There is nothing for him to discover that will help him. His argument now is that he lied, yes, but he had a constitutional right to lie and he didn’t put anyone in danger. Can we just move along now? Have you seen Hunter Biden’s penis? What’s that about?

No, we can’t move on because Rudy DID put these women’s lives in danger to push the Big Lie that Donald Trump won the election and it was stolen from him. Now remember, Rudy is a lawyer, at least for now, and he’s arguing he had a legal right to accuse these women of being corrupt even though he didn’t have any evidence to substantiate his claim.

The women also sued One America News Network for pushing these same lies, which was settled out of court. Fox News settled with Dominion Voting Systems for over $787 million for spreading election lies over their machines. Ray Epps has sued Fox News for Tucker Carlson’s “fantastical story” that he was an undercover agent for the government and instigated the violence.

After the Georgia State Election Commission debunked Rudy’s lies, that the women were feeding fake ballots for Biden into election machines, he continued spreading the lies and defaming the women. He compared both women, who are black, to drug dealers, because he’s a racist, and called for their homes to be searched, which of course, several MAGAts volunteered to do…violently and without warning.

When Trump, who’s also a racist, called Georgia’s secretary of state to help him “find” 11,780 votes, he mentioned Freeman’s name 18 times.

Freeman testified before the House Jan. 6 committee, “I’ve lost my name, and I’ve lost my reputation. Do you know how it feels to have the president of the United States target you?”

Three weeks ago, an ethics committee in Washington said Rudy should be disbarred for his “unparalleled” attempts to help Trump overturn the 2020 election. Rudy was also recently interviewed by Special Counsel Jack Smith to answer questions about creating fake electors for Trump. Rudy may also be charged in Atlanta for helping Trump try to steal the election.

Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss are patriots for volunteering to be election workers. They contributed to democracy and in what Trump’s own Homeland Security Department said was the “most secure election” in American history. Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump are enemies of democracy and the United States for trying to overturn an election they lost and install Trump as a fascist Oompa-Loompa dictator.

Also, Sinead O’Connor died and I find that very sad.
