At least this was scheduled for UT Austin (Hook 'em, Horns!) , and therefore almost guaranteed to be protested/cancelled. Sadly, there are many campuses in the state where this would have gone off without a hitch. I am flabbergasted on nearly a daily basis at the outrageous crap that happens in my state these days. How I long for the days of Ann Richards.
