Is abortion Biblical?

I had an abortion. It was a very wanted pregnancy. One my husband and I made an effort to conceive. Unfortunately, it was ectopic. I do not grieve for the baby. I was sad when I had to make the decision to terminate, but I don't grieve. No sense in wasting my life grieving over something I can never change. Thankfully, I had the right to terminate. If I hadn't I could have lost my life. I would have lost my fertility and my son would not be here today. I don't regret the decision I made. If god hates abortion, why did he put me in a situation in which I had to abort a pregnancy? In my opinion, shit happens and you do what you have to do to survive and move past it. God has the ability to prevent such happenings, that he doesn't just goes to prove that my decision wasn't a sin and wasn't wrong.

And LauraElle, I am sorry. Not sorry you had an abortion, sorry that it was even a matter you had to deal with. And sorry that asshats think that abortions are so 'WRONG!'
