Dunphy has recordings!  She said that she saw the E. Jean Carroll suit and that gave her the idea that she might seek justice too.  I think the Carroll trial will end up affecting more people than we previously thought.

I also heard that when Borat was filming Rudy unzipping his pants, he had to send someone into the room because he was afraid that Rudy would sexually assault the actress.

I was imagining he’d try these defenses, too.  One thing he can’t weasel out of (I hope) is lack of paying her the promised salary.  Of course, I don’t know if he’s hit rock bottom yet, financially.
