I find it amusing that this ilk of religious conservatives, who claim to be so in favor of capitalism with its competitive factor which supposedly weeds out the poor performers, are so afraid of being challenged by women in the marketplace. If women are so inferior in their executive functioning, as their theology seems to suggest, they should have nothing to worry about ;)

They are threatened by women because they know their theology and idealized little version of reality is flimsy.
