Conversation with a local Doug Phillips

So, after Sunday discussion group at my UU church, I was chatting with our minister's wife (a lawyer) and our own Doug Phillips, a cheerful Hawaiian-shirt-wearing guy who I think is gay. I told him about VF Dougie and Vision Forum, and said, "He's so far in the closet he's having adventures in Narnia," and Local Doug LOLd.

I mentioned the Titanic "celebration" and its glorifying the concept of "women and children first," and Mrs. Rev quipped, "Because that concept was ALWAYS carried out so carefully and worked out so well," so I high-fived her.

I'm hoping Local Doug visits VF and tells me of his impressions.
