that aside, robert pattinson in twilight is...ok i guess. i liked him much better in harry potter, he had a little more fat in his face so he looked healthier. of course, i liked cedric in the books anyway so that might make me a little biased, but oh well.

I totally agree that Robert Pattinson is not good looking...not by a long shot. I've heard about 40 and 50 year old women drooling over him. Ewwww!

I guess I'm showing my age here, but the best looking person in the Twilight movies was Bella's dad. Now he's hot.

I watched the first Twilight movie and suffered through it just to look at Bella's dad. I couldn't finish the second movie. Everytime I stepped into the room where my daughter was watching the movie all I saw was Bella walking around mooning over Edward because he had decided to stay away. I wanted to puke.

they didn't take it out...it's in the movie. stephanie meyer just HAD to corrupt the one good character in the series.

I haven't read the books, so I don't know whether or not I actually LIKE the character of Bella's dad. I mean he seems pretty clueless to me. I do however like the actor who played the part.

most of the time he's pretty decent. he's a little clueless, yes, but aren't most dads clueless when it comes to their teenage girls? [especially when he hasn't spent time with her for a while] he wants her to do good in school and go to college and all that jazz. and he disapproves of her obsessive and dependent relationship with edward. but then he goes and approves of jacob forcefully kissing her. contradictions, much? ms. meyer, you really need to learn consistency...

OMG, Lissar, Cleolinda is why I started watching the movies.

Okay, here's the deal. Hadn't watched the movies or read the books. Driving home, raining, bored, had just gone to dentist and didn't want to go back to work. Stopped at movie theater. Only thing starting was Breaking Dawn. I was like, "don't know it all, know basic story, wanna munch popcorn and see vampire baby." Watched movie. Totally appalled by how horribly bad it was. Just so, so bad. Bad bad. Not even awesome bad like "Saving Silverman" or "Spice World." Just bad.

So I Google it when I get home and somehow find Cleolinda, who is a goddess on earth and I would totally get totes homosexual for her because she is made of awesome.

Hence, I borrowed all three movies - watched two last night and now watching third tonight WHILE reading Cleolinda.

Cleolinda + Twilight + Grey Goose = very happy and laughy Gizmola!!
