So much WTFery with this show I don't even know where to start. --The dad and mom (especially the dad) are in charge now.  I wonder what will happen after they pass.  Would one brother become the

There is something seriously fucked up about this arrangement.  It looks like all the kids are sleeping in a dorm rather than with their family.  Why on earth would you do this???

Wow -- Only 11 minutes in, and it's all 50 Shades of Crazy-Weird going on.  Yuck.

And TWO freakin' bathrooms?  That is utterly disgusting.

I'm amazed that I haven't seen any advertising for this at all!
Also, are we going to be watching the construction of the TTH Pt. 2?

It sounds to me like TCL is promoting this family to replace the Duggars. From reading the article that @MarblesMom posted, it sounds like TLC has read several of the complaints we have about the Duggars and is doing what it feels will be able to rectify these complaints. We all know it won't work; that's just TLC's mindset. If enough people buy into them, they'll have their replacement for the Duggars.

Why are they not shopping at Sam's Club or Costco?

I'm watching the Putman family show. After hearing the kind of upbringing the father had. I get why he wants everyone around him. But I just think its weird that all of them live in that one house.

I have to say I do think it is interesting that the 1 daughter's husband changed his last name to theirs.

How freakishly weird is it?!  Like "someone died" because they want to move closer to work?!

Uh huh.  Tell me one more time how this enmeshed, weird-ass bunch isn't a cult.

Um, if you have to have permission to move out, as an adult, you aren't living in a normal house.  The world is full of crazy people and TLC is making it much more vivid.

Holy god! This is fucked up. Why in the name of Jesus would an adult, need their family's permission to move out? This isn't even a compound, this is one house. Ugh. No.

Happy Shavuot to all those who celebrate! I have no idea why, but for some reason God commands us to eat ice cream. Well, dairy. So eat cheese! Eat pizza! Eat ice cream! Eat cheesecake! It has no calories because God commands us to do so!

I know it’s just a beauty contest but this is the 4th time Jamaica was snubbed in favour of 5 contestants who were clones (with the exception of Peru)
Still can’t believe Mexico won. Even Olivia Culpo was looking at the results confused😂
Shoutout to Haiti, Canada, Thailand and Myanmar who were also snubbed.

I've somehow invested in this year's Miss Universe pageant. After watching the prelims my favorites are:
      1. Jamaica (naturally lol but she's doing well)
      2. Haiti (love her energy)
      3. Great Britain
      4. Bahamas
      5. Canada (a beauty! absolutely stunning!)
      6. Japan (adorable)
      7. Cameroon (also adorable w/ an amazing costume)
      8. Myanmar (seems sweet)
      9. Vietnam
      10. Thailand
      11. USA (I'm rooting for everybody black lol)
Not a fan of these but I think they'll place: South Africa, Mexico, Columbia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Peru, Australia, Denmark, Ireland, Dom Rep.
If they make Zozi (the current Ms. Universe) give the crown to a white girl from Pretoria, I will scream.

I just made a lovely discovery! Type a colon, then a ) without any spaces. Then type a space.

I am ridiculously happy to discover this! (I also have a nagging feeling that I should have figured this out sooner...)

Aren't I too old to forget to eat lunch?
So now....do eat a late salad and be cranky before bed because I want dinner and it's too late to eat or....do I tough out the afternoon cranky at my desk and eat dinner?
      The dilemma is real.

So excited, happy. Finally I got my vaccination appointment. The first on the 26th of May , the second on my birthday.  Staying at home is no option, because I work in healthcare, with very close patientcontact. (I make mammograms). Hopefully I can relax a bit more after my vaccination and let the anxiety go.
