I was just speaking with another divorce lawyer yesterday, and he mentioned a case with an unsigned, crazy prenup, which because Exhibit A in their divorce case to show what the ex was like.

That said, depending on the particular laws in the state, being a bit of a jerk as a spouse doesn't always make a difference in custody cases. Someone could be a good parent but a lousy spouse.
