Nop, I'm sorry. Arté is a french-germand TV channel. A big part of the documentary is tell in germand with french subtitle.

It's a great tool to use if you're stuck with watching shows online. If you know enough French or German to get by, you can download this for your browser and change your country to France or Germany. It'll load a bit slowly as it figures out the fake code, but it should work.

Never be country blocked again. Enjoy all the possibilities of netflix. Look into the depths of Hulu. Relish in being able to watch your favorite British Programming a day later instead of months.

The only site that seems to know how to block it still is youtube. But since youtube is owned by our google overlords, thats really not all that surprising.
