Minister stalking another doctor in Wichita

This minister is picketing her home, walking around the as yet unopened clinic, handing out wanted posters, and asking her "where is your church" (she worked with Dr. Tiller, who was shot to death in his church ih 2009)

and he says he's protected by free speech. Wouldn't this be stalking if he did it to an ex girlfriend?

Actually, the clinic is now open. The protesters petitioned the city to rezone the area the clinic is in, saying it is causes a disturbance to the neighborhood. The city recognized the only disturbances are caused by the protester and declined to rezone, The clinic opened last Wednesday. Lets hope the court sees the wisdom in continuing the protection order,

Yeah, totally stalking. Handing out pamphlets criticising her actions is free speech. Picketing her HOME and implicitly threatening to shoot her at her church is stalking.

Dude, she's not scared of churches because she's an ebil abortion doctor. She's scared because a doctor she worked with was MURDERED in a church. God, people are fucking stupid.

Also, I would argue that "Where is your church?" IS harassment in anything other than a polite social context (when it's just bad taste where I come from). There's the implicit moral judgement in the question.
