Anointing for Greater Works?

I found some pics on one of the Query girls facebook of a 'Journey to the Heart' retreat, and there were pictures of the girls kneeling with Priscilla's fiance and Bill Gothard himself with hands on them praying and such with the only description on the photo being "Anointing for Greater Works!"

 

Was wondering if anyone could tell me what this process is for in Gothardism/ATI/IBLP etc? What it means etc. Is it basically the same as any blessing?

Whenever I see photos like that, I think how creepy they look.

BTW, you don't have to break facebook urls. Facebook doesn't care about us.
