Weighted blankets

This morning I was having trouble falling back asleep and was cold so I put a second comforter over the first one.  Didn't have any trouble sleeping after that and felt nice and warm then.  It's got me wondering if there's something to weighted blankets after all.

I've been wondering about getting one too. I asked for one for Christmas but didn't get it.

I have one.  I like it.  But my one issue as someone who hates being warm when she sleeps is that it is uncomfortable in warmer weather (when I tend to have more sleep issues to start with)

I have one, and each of my kids has one. The older two really like them. My husband hates it, so I can't really use it at night when he's home (plus he's a close sleeper anyways, so I guess that works the same). My youngest kid hates it. Feels like she's being suffocated- and her's is the lightest one, only 7 lbs.
