But, there's the erstwhile and rather wonderful first cousin to Geoff Botkin's offspring, Katie Botkin.  She's been on hiatus with her blog, but she came roaring back with a post titled: Devil's Dictionary: CREC Edition 

This is in reference to Doug Wilson's Christ Church (the Crec) and his relentless bull shit, but many of the terms can be used by other fundamentalists who emphasize manly headship.  

Katie is essentially the anti Geoff Botkin.  She isn't against him, but has an astounding ability to dismantle all things Christ Church,  Doug Wilson and much else in fundy-dom and is a wicked funny satirist.  She also blogs about many other topics.  I've enjoyed everything she's written.

Her blog, Culture, Adventure, Stillness (kbotkin.com) is awesome and you can just put "Doug Wilson" in the search box of her blog and bring up numerous entries.
