Kobach Admits Unequal Treatment to Hispanic Voters

I posted something about this a day or two ago in the Kansas thread.  But I'm going to start a new one since this involves issues of  misinformation given to Spanish-Speaking Voters about Voter Registration Deadlines in Kansas.  

For those that don't know, Kris Kobach is presently Kansas Secretary of State.  He falls way over into super Conservative territory

And WTF?  They changed the law in 2011 regarding regitration deadlines.  and they are only just now realizing this is a mistake?
