Why do fundies blame women for everything wrong?

Thanks for the replies. Until I started trolling the fundie and manosphere blogs (especially ones written by women) I had no idea there was so much hate directed toward women for everything from working, to voting, to being fat, to not being virgins. Scary to think that there are men---and women--- out there who want to take us back to the Dark Ages.

And the ebil gays :roll: not to forget the baby-killing feminists, the lazy socialists and the uhm God-hating humanists... I think it's important for these people to find a scape-goat - someone to blame, for all the ills of society. Fear makes them united (sort of)? If they didn't demonize most women, they wouldn't have their own women under control. If the fundie women just stay quiet, meek, submissive and unnoticeable, they won't get blamed...

I think women who blame women (internalized misogyny) live under patriarchal social structures, which do not allow them to achieve their own goals and dreams. Therefore they do not have many ways by which they can seem respectable. Like most of us, they want to be respectable. By embracing traditional and stereotypical views on femininity, they earn respect by the patriarchs. In that kind of social position, they can find their significance. By making their womanhood the godly, true and beautiful one (ladiesagainstfeminism.com anyone?) they find themselves to be better than those other sinful women. (They make an idol out of womanhood.)

I'm confused about how he thinks child support is "the government" taking care of children. Child support is the government requiring THE FATHER to support his own kids. How is that a bad thing?
