It comes down to fact that she has loads of natural talent but seems not to have the quality teachers or teaching,practice time, constructive criticism or will to help her perfect/train by working out the flaws.

Surely if she has a trained ear she can hear how horrible their singing is. It is quite appalling--flat and just like nails on a chalkboard.
