I love how the campus police is standing there for so long, unsure of what to do. And 'envyings' is not a word, guys. I don't know if I buy that this guy is a full time drag queen. Maybe a theater major?

Probably is a theater major, I seem to remember reading on the site where I found this that the same university is about to stage a production of Rocky Horror Picture Show. In fact, I think the guy in the dress mentions it a time or two.
