That's excactly what I think.

I didn't realize it was satire but after reading about how rape victims can be treated in a church environment it sounds like something that would happen.Victims who have the courage to stand up and speak out loud should be taken seriously and applauded. Her church treated her despicably and joking about something like that could be dangerous and discourage other victims.
