He has already faced other issues over the National Anthem... when do (very public) company executives realize that what they think doesn't mean it needs to leave their mouths?!

Yeah, umm.... that sort of training/education/awareness/don't be a dick lesson is best received in person, and not on a conference call, and also by someone who knows  of which they are speaking.
