Thanks for this. As someone who subscribed to the teachings of the purity movement as a teen (Read both Harris's and DiMarcos books at one point or another), its nice to see someone go after the toxic elements in the literature and point out their flaws. It just reiterates that realizing the purity thing was bullshit was a smart thing for me to do.
