GOP parts ways with county chairman after indecent exposure arrest involving stun gun

Spoiler

A Kentucky Republican Party county chairman has resigned after he was arrested in Tennessee on charges of indecent exposure and resisting arrest in a department store, the GOP and police said.

David Narramore, 54, of Whitesburg was arrested Saturday night in a Belk department store in Kingsport, Tenn., according to police there.

A store employee told officers that he was in a bathroom stall next to Narramore when Narramore began rubbing his foot against the employee’s. Narramore then exposed himself to the employee, according to police.

Narramore was escorted to an office, and when police officers arrived, he tried to “passively resist” arrest. After pulling away from and then moving toward officers, and then attempting to fight the officers, he was subdued with a stun gun, according to police.

More widestancing, it seems.  How much you want to bet this guy is against marriage equality?

I'm convince that the reason these guys feel gay sex is sooo dirty is because it is the way they do it...in bathrooms, accosting strangers, anonymous.

Sorry but whenever I read things like this, aside from the obvious-hypocrite misbehaving-I wonder why the police didn't just shoot him dead. I mean, he apparently resisted arrest and threatened the officer, right? Why didn't this officer feel his life was in danger? Had they patted him down to make sure he didn't have a gun or knife? Or did they just assume that because he is a white guy they were safe?

I'm not hoping for anyone to be shot but I'm becoming more amazed everyday at how white men seem to survive arrest much more often than others.

Yeah I know.  I've been in Iowa towns where the cops were aggressive towards everyone that I hate to think how they'd respond to minorities.

I'm putting way too much thought into this, but how exactly did the exposure take place? Was this one of those stalls where he could shove his penis through a gap, did he lie down on the floor (gross!), perch atop the restroom stall wall like a bird, or was he waiting outside the stall door with his penis hanging out?
