Yeah, very racist. But it's not completely untrue. Most call center jobs have "scripts" for every type of customer problem imaginable. Don't think for one second it takes a college degree or an expert to fix your computer, phone, tablet, internet connection, etc. Those jobs are outsourced because of the greedy CEOs who don't want to pay a fair wage and deal with unions. It's that simple. It's not a racial issue. It's a corporate greed issue.
