Dakota Fanning is on the cover of Cosmo

I saw her on there and said "WHAT!? She's too young!"

 

Then again, she's only a year older than my baby brother... and I refuse to believe sometimes that he is growing up too. I nearly cried when I realized he was going to be 17 this year.

 

I read the article, it was kinda cute. I kind of wish they had waited a few years... although it was kinda nice to see how she's grown up.

 

Anybody seen this? Any thoughts?
