Is Dystopian Fertility Cult Fiction now a thing?

With the popularity and resurgence of The Handmaid's Tale, I've come across some novels marketed towards teen girls that are less literary than Margaret Atwood's, but employ similar themes.

I just finished reading both "A Girl Called Fearless", and its sequel, "A Girl Undone" by Catherine Linka this weekend (my library had them).

There is also the Chemical Garden's series by Lauren DeStefano - which is less overtly anti-patriarchal.

I'm just curious if anyone else has noticed this sub-genre emerging?

I hadn't particularly noticed this sub genre but i do think there is maybe more female focused/ females as the main chracter dystopian fiction more recently. Would you recommend any of the books you mentioned above @AuntKrazy?
